Mastermind Groups

At Interaction.Site we offer Mastermind Group facilitation, an exclusive offering as part of your membership. Our goal is to bring together diverse, driven individuals like you, providing a platform to foster growth, innovation, and mutual success.

What are Mastermind Groups?

A mastermind group is a concept popularised by Napoleon Hill in his book “Think and Grow Rich.” It’s essentially a peer-to-peer mentoring group designed to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The basic principle is that by bringing together diverse minds, the group can leverage collective knowledge, energy, and experience to achieve goals and overcome challenges more effectively than individuals might on their own.

How does it work?

Here’s why our Mastermind Groups are a game-changer:

Note to Founding Members: The Mastermind and Accountability Groups facilitation will start once we reach a sufficient number of members. State your desire to participate in the forums.

  1. Tailored to Your Needs: When you apply, you have the unique opportunity to specify the kind of individuals you want to connect with. Whether it’s language preference, location, business focus, or level of experience, we curate groups that align with your specific goals and interests. Each Mastermind Group will be made up of 4 to 5 people.
  2. Flexibility and Fit: We understand the importance of synergy in a mastermind group. If you feel your group isn’t the right fit, you can request to join another. Our priority is to ensure you are in a group where you can thrive and contribute effectively.
  3. Cost-Effective Networking: While other mastermind groups come with hefty fees (see some examples on growth.com), our service is included in your Interaction.site membership. This means you get access to high-value networking and collaboration without the extra financial burden.
  4. Super Mastermind Calls: Regularly, we’ll host a ‘Super Mastermind’ call, uniting several groups. This not only broadens your networking scope but also brings in a wealth of diverse insights and experiences, elevating the learning and interaction to a whole new level.
  5. Future Retreats: Looking ahead, we are excited to plan retreats. These will be opportunities to meet fellow members in person, deepening connections and experiencing collaborative learning in inspiring settings.

What is Accountability?

Accountability is a concept of setting goals and work towards them with the encouragement of your group. It helps to keep a commitment or maintain progress on a desired goal.

You can set accountability goals within your Mastermind Group, between 4 or 5 persons, as well as in the forums for all the members to keep you accountable.
